GENEROUS shoppers at Merry Hill have so far raised £1,000 for the shopping centre’s official seasonal charity partner Save the Children.
Shop workers and customers clad in their best festive knitwear dug deep to make donations for the cause as part of Merry Hill’s National Christmas Jumper Day held last Friday (December 14).
The festive fundraising campaign invited people to don their favourite Yuletide jumpers and donate any spare change to help the charity continue its work with vulnerable children across the world.
