A PARALYMPICS inspired Boccia club is launching at a leisure centre in Oldbury this weekend.
Boccia is a target ball sport in which participants throw, kick or use a ramp to propel a ball onto the court with the aim of getting closest to a 'jack' ball.
It is part of the Paralympic and Special Olympics sports programmes and a coach will be on hand to organise the sessions which kick off on Saturday from 1p until 2pm.
All ages and abilities are welcome and sessions cost £1.
