The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between January 27-31:

James Joseph Beddows, aged 22, of Eggington Road, Wollaston, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge and possessing cocaine in Birmingham on December 29. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Aimee Margaret Williams, aged 24, of Tudor Vale, Upper Gornal, was fined £125 for drink driving in Dudley on January 12. When tested she had 71mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Gavin Sean Finch, aged 40, of Caslon Crescent, Norton, was sent to prison for six weeks for stealing a bottle of whiskey, worth £18.50, from Co-op, Stourbridge on January 24 and three bottles of whiskey, worth £38.97, from Aldi, Stourbridge on January 25.

Philip Raymond Hale, aged 52, of Gayfield Avenue, Brierley Hill, was fined £1,000 for failing to get gas appliances safety checked at the property he rented out in Dudley, between 2006 and April 2013. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £100 and £464.10 court costs.

Roger Malcolm Hale, aged 50, of Karen Way, Brierley Hill, was fined £1,500 failing to get gas appliances safety checked at the property he let out in Dudley, between 2006 and April 2013. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and pay costs of £464.10.

Lia Jackson, aged 19, of Brooklands, Wordsley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a male in Stourbridge on September 8. She was ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Samuel O’Foha, aged 42, of Beech Green, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Brierley Hill on September 18. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £200 court costs.

Asa Carl Walsh, aged 28, of Park Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for possessing cannabis in Dudley on January 13. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Becky Leanne Cook, aged 30, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing 10 tins of corned beef, worth £18.90, from B&M, Dudley, on January 26. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Daniel Gary Cook, aged 32, of Cavalier Drive, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £200 worth of damage to a door in Halesowen, between May 1 and July 1. He was ordered to pay compensation of £110, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Jodie Dawn Louise Westwood, aged 30, of Wrens Hill Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing a vacuum cleaner, worth £69.99, from B&M, Dudley, on July 26. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £150 court costs.

Harvey Douglas Williams, aged 31, of Highfield Crescent, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 28 days, suspended for six months, for stealing various items from shops in Wollescote, Kingswinford, Cradley and Halesowen, between October 28, 2013 and January 16. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Steven Craig Tanner, aged 21, of Salop Street, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing DVD box sets, worth £147.95, from HMV, Brierley Hill on September 16 , dishonestly receiving stolen goods, in Brierley Hill on September 22 and stealing Blu Ray box sets, worth £172.95, from HMV, Worcester on January 10. He was ordered to pay compensation of £49, a victim surcharge of £60 and £100 court costs.

Thomas Geoffrey Martin Winkett, aged 26, of Norwood Road, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for causing £1,500 worth of damage to a front door and two windows, in Brierley Hill on November 13. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Shane James Glyn Smith, aged 26, of Chestnut Avenue, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on October 18. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Nigel Robert Little, aged 34, of St Mary’s Court, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing meat products, worth £106.13, from Asda, Merry Hill, on January 11. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Jonathon Rogers, aged 34, of Oakdale Close, Oldbury, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a coffee machine, worth £80, from Wilkinsons, Dudley, on November 18, and a vacuum cleaner, worth £299, from Tesco Extra, Dudley, on January 15. He was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay compensation of £80, a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.

Andrew Bryan Thomas, aged 53, of Abbey Road, Colley Gate, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for six months, for carrying an eight inch kitchen knife in Halesowen on December 22. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Josh Samuel Green, aged 21, of Long Lane, Halesowen, was fined £75 for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge on November 10. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Scott Hill, aged 24, of Coppice Lane, Quarry Bank, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting two women in Quarry Bank on August 18. He must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £100 court costs.
