BLACKHEATH-based Black Country Housing Group has been awarded Investors in People status for its caring commitment to staff.
The social business has more than 200 employees working to provide affordable housing, employment advice and personalised care and support services.
It has earned a mid-range silver award from the national accreditation scheme, recognising the commitment and investment made in the development of employee skills.
