The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates between March 31 and April 4:

Adam Thilithas Shaw, aged 48, of Malthouse Lane, Dudley, was fined £110 for drink driving in Dudley on January 25. When tested he had 94mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Damien John Leone, aged 27, of Upton Street, Netherton, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing a wallet in Netherton on February 10 and producing and possessing cannabis in Netherton on February 14. He was ordered to carry out 150 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £90 and a victim surcharge of £80.

Hanna Sharratt, aged 25, of Stream Road, Wordsley, was fined £150 for failing to clean up after the dog she was in charge of defecated on land at King George V Park, Wordsley, and failing to give her name and address when required to do so to an authorised officer of Dudley Council, on June 13. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £475 court costs.

Mark Daniel Hill, aged 24, of Ridgewood Avenue, Wollaston, was fined £80 for drink driving in Stourbridge on December 22. When tested, he had 67mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

Sadia Sultan, aged 24, of Vicarage Road, Lye, was fined £180 for being the driver of a car involved in an accident where a person was injured in Brierley Hill on June 3 and failing to report the accident to police within 24 hours. She was given five penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £60 court costs.

Curtis Worrall, aged 22, of Masons Close, Cradley, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for dishonestly receiving stolen goods and assaulting a police officer in Cradley and possessing amphetamine in Halesowen on February 4 . He was also sentenced for failing to turn up to court on February 18 and 28.

Sarah Kimberley Cole, aged 26, of Wells Road, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing six bottles of perfume, worth £93.94, from TK Maxx, Merry Hill on March 11. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Corey Mitchell Gardener, aged 53, of Stourbridge Road, Brierley Hill, was given a three month community order for drink driving in Brierley Hill on November 3. When tested, he had 115mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Filipe Miguel Guerreiro Vaz, aged 29, of King Street, Dudley, was fined £120 for possessing cannabis in Dudley on December 16. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Kieran John Williams, aged 37, of New Street, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for assaulting a woman, destroying a mobile phone, worth £400, and breaching a non-molestation order in Coseley on February 13. He was ordered to pay compensation of £250 and £100 court costs.

Naseem Hussain Shah, aged 28, of King Street, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for possessing three bags of cannabis and cannabis resin in Brierley Hill on March 22. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Richard William Aston, aged 58, of Clent Court, Dudley, was sent to prison for 14 days for assaulting a man in Dudley on September 2.

Alan Robert Evans, aged 56, of Mount Road, Wordsley, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Brierley Hill on January 23. When tested, he had 276mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
