THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between August 11 and 15:

Charlie Wright, aged 22, of Westminster Road, Wordsley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the intention of causing a person to believe that violence would be used against them and causing £1,260 worth of damage to a front door in Kingswinford on January 19. He must pay compensation of £700, a victim surcharge of £15 and £500 court costs.

Sarah Michelle Jeavons, aged 38, of Clee Hill Road, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for stealing two bottles of wine, worth £12.04, from Spar, Lower Gornal, on May 28. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Janine Kim Phillips, aged 50, of Downfield Drive, Sedgley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £300 worth of damage to windows in Sedgley, on July 22. She must pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Wayne Colin Bird, aged 40, of Wood Road, Lower Gornal, was fined £100 for being drunk and disorderly and failing to comply with a requirement imposed by him by a police officer, not to consume alcohol in a designated public place, in Lower Gornal on July 27. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Philip Royston Hyett, aged 40, of Queensway, Wollescote, was given a six month community order for assaulting a police officer and pursuing a course of conduct that amounted to the harassment of a man in Stourbridge on March 30. He was fined £15 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Marc Anthony Hill, aged 44, of Church Street, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Wall Heath on April 25. He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £100 court costs.

Jason Richard Sidaway, aged 45, of Lynsey Place, Brierley Hill, was given a four week community order for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, worth £300, in Brierley Hill on July 14 and possessing diamorphine in Brierley Hill on August 12. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.

Toni Marie Dainty, aged 30, of Bent Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 19 weeks for stealing alcohol, worth £265, from Waitrose, Stourbridge, on August 5 and 11, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Kanasan Kasinthan, aged 39, of Church Street, Pensnett, was sent to prison for 18 weeks for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, in Brierley Hill, on July 2. He was disqualified from driving for four years.

Jonathon Lowe, aged 37, of Field Lane, Oldswinford, was given a two year community order for damaging a pane of glass and an electric meter in Brierley Hill on June 15. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £400, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Simon Anthony Booth, aged 28, of Rosemary Lane, Norton, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for breaching a restraining order and stealing a mobile phone in Stourbridge on June 21. He must pay compensation of £200.

Conrad Rickardo Wilson, aged 21, of Wrens Nest Road, Dudley, was fined £290 for assaulting a police officer and possessing cannabis in Dudley on July 30. He must pay compensation of £50 and a £24 victim surcharge.

Ricki Junior Wilson, aged 23, of Wrens Nest Road, Dudley, was fined £160 for obstructing a police officer in the execution of duty, in Dudley, on July 29. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

James David Michael Bennett, aged 25, of Windmill End, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing perfume, worth £24, from Superdrug, Halesowen, on August 14. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Martin John Bill, aged 39, of Cole Street, Netherton, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing perfume, worth £24, from Superdrug, Halesowen, on August 14. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Kevin Campbell, aged 25, of Mount Road, Wordsley, was fined £100 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the intention of causing a person harassment alarm or distress, in Lye on April 17. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £50 court costs.
