Halesowen football fans asked to give foodbank donations
KIND-hearted Halesowen Town fans are being asked to donate tinned and packet food to the Black Country Foodbank at Saturday’s home game against top-of-the-table Skelmersdale.
Friends of the Grove organiser Rob Lloyd said crowds of around 400 were expected for the match and a single donation from each spectator would make a “huge difference” to the Halesowen-based foodbank.
