LYE based Midlands Air Ambulance Charity has become the first air ambulance organisation in the UK to claim a PQASSO quality mark for its commitment to effective charity management and exemplary standards.
The PQASSO forms part of the Pedmore Road based charity's ongoing investment into continuous improvement for the benefit of patients, their families and fundraising supporters.
Hanna Sebright, chief executive for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, said: “We strive to excel across all aspects of the organisation, including our dedication to the very best pre-hospital patient care and to performance within the charity, and achieving the PQASSO quality mark is testament to the charity HQ team’s support of this ethos.”
