SAINSBURY'S Local Charity of the Year scheme is back and the Oldbury store is looking for a new charity to support.
Over the next couple of months, Sainsbury’s will make a shortlist of charities for customers to vote for.
The winning charity will then receive a year of support from the store, which includes fundraising and awareness. Customers can vote between 13th – 26th June in stores and online.
The Sainsbury’s Local Charity of the Year scheme has raised over £9million over the last seven years and has helped thousands of charities across the UK.
Alan Logie, Sainsbury’s Oldbury store manager, said: “There are so many fantastic charities in the local area who do brilliant all charities must be registered to the UK Charity Commission."
