Justice Ross Cranston rules that the Wragge Report should be published
JUSTICE Ross Cranston has ruled in the High Court that the Wragge Report into alleged corruption in Sandwell Council should be published.
He ruled in favour of Sandwell Council on all counts and the report is expected to be published on Sandwell Council’s website this afternoon (Friday).
It is believed several minor redactions need to be made to the report before the public can see it.
Justice Cranston is the former Labour MP for Dudley North, between 1997 and 2005, and was the Solicitor General between 1998 and 2001.
