PREPARATIONS are well underway for Lutley Primary School’s PTFA family fun day.

The school’s playground will be transformed on Saturday, July 9 from midday to 3pm.

There will be stalls, a barbeque, bouncy castles, raffles, performances from the school choir as well as Lutley Community Voices.

The various clubs which are run at the school will also be holding demonstrations Lutley Primary School headteacher Rebecca Cox is looking forward to the event.

She said: “The Lutley Primary School PTFA have been running a highly successful family fun day for a number of years.

“Whatever the weather the fun day is always well supported by our parents and also by our wider Halesowen community.”

She added: “A wide variety of activities are available for people to get involved in - I know that there will be something to meet everyone’s tastes – including some delicious cakes.

“We welcome everyone to our event which I know, due to the hard work and meticulous planning by the PTFA, will be a huge success again this year.”
