THE Shell Corner Partnership is holding a funding raising table top sale on Saturday, October 29 to raise money for more solar powered Christmas trees.
Last year Shell Corner on Long Lane had its first Christmas lights.
Halesowen North Councillor Hilary Bills said: "Shell Corner Partnership used a company that provides solar powered Christmas trees which are displayed on the lamp posts.
"The trees were such a hit that this year the plan is to have more solar powered Christmas trees and to place them near Long Lane Library, Halesowen Road shops and Manor Lane shops."
The table top sale is on Saturday, October 29, between 10am and 12.30pm.
The sale will be held in St Pauls Church Hall, Vicarage Road, off Long Lane. Refreshments will be available.
Anyone who wants to book a £5 table should ring or text 07713 636 002.
