THREE Pygmy goats called Loki, Thor and Odin have been settling into their brand new home at Halesowen College.

The courtyard has been developed for students to expand their husbandry skills including hoof care, paddock maintenance and the handling of large livestock.

The new animal compound also accommodates house rabbits.

Mark Dugmore, animal care unit manager at Halesowen College, said: “They are all settling in really well and are a popular addition to the courtyard attracting lots of visitors throughout the day.

“We are hoping to have them all trained to walk on a lead within the next year.”

He added: "Loki is the most confident one who will have a scratch from staff and students and Thor and Odin are growing in confidence."
