BUSY Blackheath Townswomen's Guild are bidding to boost their numbers.
The Guild meet on the fourth Wednesday of every month at the Central Methodist Church in Blackheath for 10-30am.
Press officer Carol Potter claimed: "People who come tell us how much they enjoy the meetings, but many people don't realise we even exist and we're trying to change that.
"We have guest speakers at every meeting and we arrange numerous outings. There's also the opportunity for members to get involved with craft classes.
"Despite what people think, we cater for women of all ages and we'd love more people to come and see what we're all about."
As a result, anyone who turns up at their next meeting on January 25 with a copy of the Halesowen News will be admitted free of charge.
