AN air hostess from Halesowen is starring in the brand new series of Coach Trip.

The reality show which puts couples and friends on a coach trip until fellow travellers vote them off is being relaunched on E4.

Faye Hewitt, aged 27, is used to globe-trotting with her job but she usually does not see the places she visits and is delighted to have been on Coach Trip.

She said: "Doing Coach Trip was one of the best things I've done in my life, it was so much fun and I am delighted I did it."

Faye chose her friend Holly Loosemore, aged 28, from Sheffield, as her travelling partner.

She said: " We met in 2010 when we both worked as holiday reps in Ayia Napa. We met at the airport and from the day we met we’ve been best friends ever since.

"If there’s one show we wanted to do it would be Coach Trip for the travel and all the activities and the chance to do it as best friends rather than individuals.

With the show being moved to E4 the producers are hoping for a younger audience and have packed the coach with bright, young, things with the hope that holiday romances are sparked.

The former Hurst Green Primary School and Perryfields High School pupil said: "Holly would love me to be looking for holiday romance on the coach. I’m not looking for one.

she added: "If a holiday romance finds me on the coach, que sera. She will be stirring, I’ll be very shocked if there’s anyone that takes my fancy on the coach.

The last pairs standing at the end of the 30 day tour will be in with a shot of winning a luxury stay in the trip’s final glamorous, sun-drenched, sizzling, party destination – Marbella.

International tour guide and Coach Trip legend Brendan Sheerin will be put to the test like never before as he takes charge of this young, lively, party-mad crowd.

Faye said: "Brendan was exactly like he is on TV and great fun to be around, the show is great fun."

Coach Trip is on Monday nights at 7.30pm on E4.
