A JAM packed fortnight of fun is in store for youngsters at Halesowen and Dudley leisure centres this Easter.

The Dudley Council owned facilities have a variety of fun and games in store from Saturday (April 8) to Sunday, April 23.

Junior activezone sessions will run on April 11, 13, 18 and 20 at Dudley Leisure Centre.

Suitable for children aged between eight and 14, the activities will run from 9am to 4pm and include multi-skills, crafts, team games and swimming.

It costs £20 per day per child and a parental consent form must be completed prior to participation.

At Halesowen Leisure Centre, juniors can take advantage of the £7 for seven days offer on both weeks to receive unlimited access between 9am to 5pm.

Activities include use of the swimming pools, fun aqua run and float sessions, plus use of the squash courts and table tennis.

The popular aqua run with inflatables and obstacles will run from 1.15 to 3pm on April 11, 13, 18 and 20.

They are suitable for children aged eight and over but youngsters must be at least 1.2 metres tall and pass a swimming test before participating.

The fun float pool sessions will be running in both pools and are suitable for all ages.

They will run on April 10 and 21 from 1.15pm to 3pm.

Both pool sessions cost £4.20 for adults and £2.70 for under 16s, with a 50 per cent discount for Options+ leisure card holders.

Swimming pools at both centres will be open throughout the school holidays and people are asked to check opening times and session details before arrival.

Pre-booking at reception is recommended for many of the school holiday activities.
