A CURRENT world wrestling superstar is getting set to make his Rowley Regis fight debut.

Bram, also known as the ‘Chesterfield Plague’, will be stepping out at Wrestle Midlands on Saturday (December 9) at Rowley Learning Campus, in Curral Road.

Currently competing for IMPACT Wrestling in the USA and formally of WWE sister company NXT, Bram has been competing around the globe for the past decade.

It has been announced that he will be performing in an unannounced match in Rowley Regis, where there will also be a huge 30 man Royal Rumble, with the winner being declared the new number one contender to the Wrestle Midlands Championship.

The evening of body slamming, drop kicking action is billed as a night of entertainment that the whole family can enjoy.

Promoter of the event, Tom Russon, said: “It’s a huge honour to have Bram join us for Wrestle Midlands. We have been trying to agree dates for almost a year now and we are very proud to be bringing him for our final show of the year.

“He has competed with the world’s best including The Hardy Boyz, Abyss, Bobby Roode, Vader plus many more.

“Also in the event is another USA star ROH Harlem Bravado. We are trying to show that the Midlands and British wrestling is the place to be right now, with superstars from all over the globe coming here to perform.”

Doors will open at 6pm, with the show starting at 6.30pm. Tickets, priced at £6 each, can be bought online from www.wrestlemidlands.com, or call 07402 262595 for more information.
