All-conquering Highfields Primary School win Rowley Regis book quiz

A TEAM of bookworms from Highfields Primary School were the top of the class after winning a prestigious book quiz.
Ten-year-olds Bradley Kennedy, Megan Stevens, Jyoti Devi, Caitlyn Garner, Gina Wynter and Chloe Parkes won the Rowley Regis Learning Community Book Quiz after excelling in the heats, semi-final and final.
Deputy head Ruth Gillett said: “We are all really proud of the team and they deserved to win the competition after getting the highest ever scores in the heats.
“They won with dignity as well and won book vouchers and a cup for the school to keep.”
