A SERIES of meetings between police and residents are being held across Halesowen.

PACT (Police and Communities Together) sessions give residents and businesses a chance to meet neighbourhood officers to discuss crime, anti-social behaviour and other issues.

The Hayley Green and Cradley South PACT meeting will be at the Healthy Hub Building, Huntingtree Park, Halesowen, on Thursday February 15 at 7pm.

Belle Vale residents can attend a drop-in PACT surgery between 10am and 11am on Thursday February 16, Thursday March 15 and Thursday April 19, at the ground floor of Halesowen Library in the Cornbow Centre.

There will be a Halesowen South PACT meeting on Friday February 24 and Wednesday April 18, 7pm at Manor Way School, Brier Mill Road, Halesmere Estate.

Sergeant Wendy Tyler of the Hayley Green and Halesowen South neighbourhoods said: "PACT meetings are a way of informally engaging with our local community.

“They allows us as neighbourhood officers to gather information on what matter the most to residents in the area."
