PREPARATIONS are underway for the Good Friday Walk of Witness next week.
The event which will start at 9am at St James Church, Highgate Street, will follow the usual route with a visit to Roxburgh House. Jen Kerrison, from Churches Together, said: “We will be walking down Reddal Hill Road to Cradley Heath Market Place for a short act or worship and then will walk back to the sculpture outside Tesco for another act of worship. “If residents cannot do the walk there is a service to follow at a11am at Four Ways Baptist Church organised by moderator Gordon Roberts.”
She added: “There will refreshments available and we hope people come and join in this meaningful way to put Christ on our Streets.”
