MUSLIMS marking the end of their Ramadan fasting are inviting people to come together for a celebration meal at the Halesowen mosque.
Among the special guests at the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association Iftar dinner at the Baitul Gafoor Mosque, Long Lane, on Friday (August 17) will be police inspector Dez Lambert, councillors and church representatives.
Outreach worker Toby Ephram said: “The Iftar is a time that the community at large can come together and have a discussion about the significance of the month to Muslims and learn about the latest public interest campaigns being conducted within the community and the country.
Tickets for the free dinner at 8pm are available by e-mailing tobanephram@yahoo.co.uk or texting 07576503170.
