Residents across Dudley borough are being urged to attend a series of workshops to talk about their care and support and to see what types of services are on offer.

Dudley Council is hosting three events in September to showcase what’s on offer in terms of innovative services to meet individual care and support needs.

Attendees will also be asked if they have had any difficulty in finding services to meet their requirements.

Councillor Dave Branwood, cabinet member for adult social care said:

“Local people are best placed to help us to shape how services are provided in the future and to support this we have set up the £200,000 Dudley Innovation Fund to help create more innovative and creative care and support services.”

People are invited to go along to the events on:

Monday 9 September 2.00pm till 5.00pm Beacon Centre for the Blind, Wolverhampton Road East, Wolverhampton WV4 6AZ

Tuesday 10 September 10.00am till 1.00pm The Mere Centre MereRoad; Stourbridge; DY8 3AY.
