Residents can keep fit with a wide range of fitness classes on offer at Halesowen Leisure Centre.
The Dudley Council facility offers a wide range of fun sessions for adults of all abilities. New activities offered at the centre include bodycombat on Tuesdays from 10 to 11am, spinning on Tuesdays at 7 to 8pm and circuits on Sunday from 9 to 9.45am.
Other classes include aerobics, bodybalance, line dancing, bodyattack, bodypump, latumba, keep fit and martial arts. A running club also meets at the centre every Tuesday and Sunday.
Councillor David Stanley, cabinet member for environment and culture, said: “Halesowen Leisure Centre offers a wide variety of activities to help residents take on physical activity.
“We want everyone in Dudley to be healthy and I hope lots of people will make the most of these brilliant sessions.”
