BELLWAY gave children from a Kidderminster school the chance to meet Santa at its Keepers Lock development.

Year One and Two pupils from St Mary’s C of E Primary School were invited to the site in Clensmore Street, a short walk away from the school. The children all met Santa, who gave out gifts before joining in with the children to sing a number of Christmas carols.

Julie Tuck, sales advisor at Keepers Lock, said Bellway were delighted to welcome the school to the development.

She said: “It was a lovely morning, and it was great to see the excitement on the children’s faces when they met Santa, it really does get you into the Christmas spirit and reminds you what this time of the year is all about.

“The children seemed to really enjoy themselves and were over the moon with their presents.

“We have developed a brilliant relationship with the school since we started work at Keepers Lock and it is a privilege to arrange events like this for the children. We certainly hope we can do more in the future.”

Bellway has been building new homes in Kidderminster since 2012, and Keepers Lock will be home to 223 new homes once complete, with properties ranging in size.
