A COUNTY-WIDE service has claimed it is delivering “high performance and value for money for its partners”.
Worcestershire Regulatory Services, which provides trading standards, environmental health and licensing services, has published its annual report for 2014 to 15.
The document shows 80 per cent of the organisation's performance indicators have seen an improvement compared to the previous year
Councillor Bronwen Behan, committee chairman at Worcestershire Regulatory Services, said: “These improvements have been achieved whilst delivering further reductions in our operating costs.
“Now 2015 and beyond holds many challenges for WRS, not least the reconstitution of the shared service partnership recommended by the joint committee last week.
“With a track record of high performance and added value I am confident that WRS will rise to these challenges and continue delivering benefits for its partners and customers.”
