OVER the course of a year pupils from St Bede's Middle School, with a little help from technology teacher Luke Twigg, have been building a large duck house.
The duck house, more than a meter high, has been commissioned by Bromsgrove Council for the Oakalls Estate in Bromsgrove.
Pupils recently finished the wooden house and it was delivered to a small lake where it was dropped carefully into the water.
A spokesman from St Bede's said: "The duck house is now in position and floats. Well done for all the hard work done by a constantly changing team of St Bede's pupils, some which have now moved on to St Augustine's."
It is hoped that ducks on the lake will make use the house during the colder weather.
