A WOLVERLEY arboretum is to play host to a series of yoga workshops throughout June and July.
The workshops, which are led by qualified yoga instructor Victoria Waits, will take place in the Bodenham Arboretum grounds.
She said: "Yoga is a wonderful practice in which we learn to be in control of our bodies and minds, reuniting them among the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and being back in touch with ourselves.
"The grounds of Bodenham are beautiful and calm without distractions so being outside really helps people to switch off, enjoy the fresh air and relax.
"Teaching yoga is so rewarding and I cannot recommend it enough, the benefits are profound and once you start it will become a huge part of your life."
The workshops will run throughout June and July and provide opportunities for young and old to try these proven relaxation techniques.
Sam Binnian, Bodenham Arboretum spokesman, added: "Visitors to Bodenham always tell us how peaceful it is here and so we thought it would provide the perfect backdrop for yoga classes, while giving people the opportunity to experience yoga in the great outdoors.
