KIDDERMINSTER Harriers’ goalkeeper Brandon Hall has earned himself an honour of a non-footballing kind after getting a degree.
The 24-year-old, who joined the club in the summer, graduated with a first-class distance learning degree in Management (BA Hons) from Anglia Ruskin University.
He received his award during a ceremony at Cambridge Corn Exchange on Thursday, October 19 afternoon from Anglia Ruskin’s Vice Chancellor Professor Iain Martin.
Brandon said: “I went for a distance learning degree because it could fit around my full time work as a footballer.
“The course focused a lot on leadership, which I’ve been able develop through my football on a daily basis, and improve myself as an individual.
“I’d advise anyone in the football world to go for this degree in particular because it’s a great way of developing yourself as a person within football and also provides something to full back on.
“Having a degree is really crucial so when you finish your football career you can dive straight into working life.”
