£500 bike stolen in Stourport

A BICYCLE was stolen from outside an address in Ullswater Avenue, Stourport at the weekend.

The bike, worth around £500, is a silver Claude Butler mountain bike, with “Made in England” stamped on it and gold links in the bike chain.

A West Mercia Police spokeswoman said: “It is quite possible that someone may try to sell on the bicycle and if anyone is offered one like the one stolen we would ask them to call us, as soon as possible.”

Anyone with information about the stolen bicycle should call police at Stourport, quoting incident no 0411-S-070210, on 0300 333 3000 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
