Last Sunday there were so many parking spaces on Level 4 which would have been empty and available, bar the discarded shopping-trolleys left negligently around.
Are people’s lives really so busily important that they can’t take an extra minute to park their trolleys properly?
Aldi and Lidl have got the right idea: charge a £1.00 deposit for them.
