At 2.25pm on Wednesday , November 13, I had an accident at the top of Mucklow Hill on the way out of Halesowen.
Luckily, nobody was hurt. I moved the car from the busy roadside onto the pavement to avoid another accident, and was invited into the home of the other driver involved in the accident, as we were both quite shook up.
Upon returning to the car, imagine my surprise to have received a parking ticket from Dudley Council!
Timed at 2.33pm, the warden apparently observed the vehicle from 2.28pm. Where had he been waiting and had he not seen the collision? Why didn't he come forward to offer any assistance? I am just glad everyone else we've had to deal with was helpful and not looking to make money.
