Dear Sir,
My mom and aunt, who have alzheimers, live in a rest home, They pay £2,000 a month each for their keep. Savings and houses have gone and they are both getting close to the limit where they don't have to pay the full amount any more! In Scotland, all care homes are free, ( plus university fees and more - another story ).
We as Englishmen subsidise the Scots. I have seen James Morris MP twice over the past six years and on both occasions he said: "I can't see what you want me to do." How about representing me in the House of Commons as an Englishman?
