You’ve only got yourselves to blame

So you voted and must be satisfied with what you have, so stop moaning.

You seem to be satisfied with the way your money is spent, rubbish collections, repairs, schools closed, help for the old and disabled.good for you.

So you are not bothered that all your local shops are closing and the BIG BOYS are taking over.

You don't mind being ruled by foreigners for our food and other commodities.

Is this still the England that our lads fought and died for in two wars, to be free and have we become a third world country.

Because we don't seem to be bothered as long as we can have handouts from the state.

Grow up and let's hope we don't have a recession like the one in the 1930s.

I still remember it and so do a good many other older people. I was two years old and saw it all, when my father along with others had to sign on for ten bob a week to keep a family. They stood for hours at the labour exchange and there was no NHS and no free hospitals.

Get real, you wanted it you got it, so if things go wrong you are the ones to blame not the government or Mr Brown.

Well said!...this week we are told that food prices are at 7.2%, but Asda charged £2.00 for boiled ham in December 2006, it's now £2.88...go to Tesco and it's the same price..Yes a cartel is being run and we are in the middle of it all due to the council's planning rules of making sure these giants get A MONOPOLY leaving us no where else to go to due to the smaller shops going out of business due to these giants.

Smaller shops could never cope with the prices of the big boys. Question for you all-What do you want? Money in your pocket or to be porr all your life. Foods never been so cheaper and we still live in a good country that can take care of all of us in our old age. If you don't like it take your pension and able body to some other country and enjoy life in a moan free zone but please people just shut up and look at what you really do have on your door step!

We'll leave when we want to Chris, meanwhile we'll arrange another load of sand to be delivered to your house, it appears you've finally surfaced again and need your head re-burying, we'll tell you when it's time to surface again when the association and federation of small traders have beat the giants, already people are going direct to farmers for veg and fruit and is cheaper and if people continue to do this, the giants will either reduce the prices or we ignore them completely and continue shopping 'direct'...you accept what's being thrwon at you and we'll change it for you and your KIND!

Chris Allen, cradley heath says...

The only burying needed here is your head out of the sand. You ain't got a chance of beating the big boys and you couldn't change jack! Your always constantly winging about life in this country in your comments. I went to tesco's today and the volume of traffic coming off the car park was a lot more than that of the traffic leaving the fruit farms i should imagine. I think that says it all you've already lost and i should get back to the fruit farm where you belong if i were you!

Bye the way my KIND pays for your pension and your heating allowance and your free tv license and your bus passes and everything else you seem to constantly moan about. Try to get out a bit more and check out these great monopolies they are rather good at what they do. I don't mind paying to keep our countries pensioners even if they are wingers like you who thinks the government ain't doing enuff for your tight arsed pockets

Your attitude says it all Chris..you are not worth even getting any sort of dialogue going...bye! bye! and good luck in life, for that's how you are presently surviving in luck, glad you didn't fight for us in World War 2, you'd possibly have been a consciencious objector any way?..KEEP SHOPPING AT Tesco's my old son, we'll get better prices on the 'olde farm'...I feel you've been at the fluoride and cannot any longer, if ever you did, be coherant?

And yes, winging, what;s that mean Chris?...Travel through the air; be airborne, or is it the spelling as well you have problems with. Is it whinging at all?...which means Complain peevishly in an annoying or repetitive manner, sorry that's not me, perhaps you should look in the mirror and just read some of your remarks on this site sometime...as I said, too much fluoride causes stupity, there's 1ppm in the tap awtaer by the way and getting to 1.5ppm causes fluorosis, over will create what you have!

You cannot be serious is it a case of dementour coming on francis? what is awtaer? How old are you loosing some of the brain cells are you? I don't answer all of the letters only the ones i have an interest to express an opinion on as do you. Unfortunately your opinions are written in complete mumbo jumbo where were you educated Borstal? I think its you who needed the flouride perhaps it would have saved you on dentures because it sounds like you write the way you talk. I wonder if you fought in the war or did you just miss it? i fought in the Falklands with 44 commando at just 19 years of age so i know abit about war matey peeps. Yes it was about luck as well perhaps i fought for your freedom to whinge and talk gobbly gook in the comments on these pages.

I remember a comment about thanking the Lord the Labour won a local election and you down cried it. Wonder why? Perhaps the lord can sort all our problems out with Monopolies mind you he does have a Monopoly himself dosen't he? He is the only big cheese up there. maybe he can get rid of tescos in his own mysterious way.

Quote:Is this still the England that our lads fought and died for in two wars, to be free and have we become a third world country...Chris you say you fought in the Falklands, all on your own or was there anyone else with you?...my Dad said nothing of the war when he came home, niether did many others! You now pay my pension you say?...but I don't receive a pension Chris, too young?...What I do do is run a business employing people, pay tax, collect vat and pay to the gov't. Adding to that(did I miss NATIONAL SERVICE?)I did 8 years in her magesty's front line active service fella, not a few months abroad to get some stories in the newspapers nd tell everyone down the local pub!....diplomacy is the better part of valour, in other words, speak before your actions, that could get you more silence. You have a big, big proooooblem, get over it and grow up?...if you can't carry on sending in letters and messages that people cannot connect with, your language isn't understandable, you talk in idiot talk!...and that's your lot Chris..BUT YOU WON'T WILL YOU?...And the next text will be.......Hope all my spelling is correct Chris...Have a nice Bank Holiday, tell everyone down the pub your fought in the Falklands, they may buy you a pimnt...sorry that should be pint?

OK so we've established your not a pensioner. I don't talk about my marine days suppose i should have written a book like all the others but thats not me. I enjoy making comments and voicing an opinion on subjects i feel strongly about nowt wrong with that. You seem to be very contradictive when you comment on my comments and spelling when you make the same mistakes your self. I will keep on giving my comments on this page if they ound very one sided there not meant to be it's the way i write straight to the point. I 'm not one of those people who believes the world is made os spice and all things nice and yes i do believe i some conspiracy theories. If i have offended you i apologise but thats just the way i do business.

It's become clear to me now why you comment on flouride alot. You run a dental air company you obviously have strong views on the subject. Good luck in your business wish you all the success but you'll still recieve my comments you may like em you may not but lets not fall out bye!

One final comment to you francis. If you keep up to date with your literacy you will find us old soldiers don't talk in pubs any more especially as they are all closing down. We do it via books.Maybe i'll write one and tell my story just like all the soldiers seem to be doing. The likes of mr ryan and mr mcnab just to mention a few to you.Read one you might learn something of use in life look out for mine as well then you will really have something good to comment about.
