"With bikini season approaching, I've managed to lose the love handles but the 'hate dimples' (cellulite) remain. I've tried various at-home treatments but nothing seems to shift the lumpy appearance so I packed my podgy butt off to the beautiful Adamina Spa (www.adaminaspa.com). Though the pebble-clad walls and sea blue accents of my treatment room were one of the prettiest I've seen, I wasn't expecting the Comfort Zone Body Strategist + Cellulite Remodeller to be quite as bright and breezy... The intensive treatment has a thermogenic action to tackle resistant cellulite meaning the onset of hot and cold sensations. I'm told the cream stimulates the microcirculation of the skin, which is why it feels as though it's working much deeper than other cellulite potions that just sit on the surface. Meanwhile, my skin is turning redder by the minute! As the cream works its magic, I'm given a heavenly hand massage that extends right up to my upper arms and shoulders. Once I'm 'cooked' the wrap is removed and the therapist then applies a professional 'Attack Gel', which sounded scary but cools and soothes the skin. A final thorough massage follows with Body Strategist + Refiner (£42.50). Afterwards, the all-important cellulite inspection (ignoring the lobster pink skin) - considerably less visible and my thighs and bottom look smoother and toned. I'll be continuing this tingle treatment at home to see if I can transform that orange peel skin into a peachy bum."
