STOURBRIDGE have announced that both Brandon Hague and Brad Birch have committed themselves to the Glassboys ahead of the 2016/17 season.

The duo have impressed in the Glassboys' three pre-season games to date, with Birch starting all three matches and netting the fourth goal in the 4-1 win at Leamington, and Hague making a cameo appearance in that match before starting both games against Stourport Swifts and Kidderminster Harriers, netting the second goal in the 3 - 0 victory at Swifts.

Hague is a product of Dave King’s successful youth team, and the teenage striker scored 27 goals in all competitions last season as the youngsters scooped a hat-trick of trophies, having being signed from Stratford Town in the summer of 2015.

The 18-year old has signed a twelve-month contract with the Club, with an option for a further twelve months after that.

Birch, meanwhile, began his career with Worcester City, and the midfielder has subsequently spent time with Westfields, Bromyard and more recently Littleton in the Midland Football League, before linking up with Gary Hackett’s men on trial this pre-season.
