WLTC Men's A and B teams were both paired in league division seven. This proved to be a very tight affair between Pershore B and the two Wollaston teams.

The season ran nip and tuck all the way through with the two Wollaston teams winning their last matches by 10 to 0 to finish in the top two spots.

The Men's A team finished on 50 points, two points ahead of the Men's B team who finishing locked on 48 points with Pershore but securing in second place with more matches won.

WLTC Mens C team also won promotion after finishing in second place in division nine, just two points ahead of Worcester Mens G team with the top two in the division securing promotion. The team lost only once, with defeat at Worcester in December, but than ran unbeaten for the remainder of the season securing promotion with a hard fought draw against David Lloyd Worcester.

Wollaston Ladies were also looking for Winter success, this time it was the WLTC Ladies B team. They suffered just one defeat to leagues winners David Lloyd Bromsgrove, and then won all their remaining fixtures to secure second place in division seven on 40 points. This was the same point score as the league winners, and comfortably six points ahead of third place.

Men's captain Richard Davies said: “This is a fantastic result for both ladies and men's teams and shows what team spirit and enthusiasm can do. Well done everyone. We are looking to take this success forward into the Summer League Season”.
