STOURBRIDGE welterweight Steven Pearce makes his first appearence since losing his Midland Area crown when he features at One Promotions Boxing Dinner Show set to take place in Merry Hill next month.
Pearce’s opponent is yet to be finalised for the event, which takes place at the Copthorne Hotel on September 14.
Pearce lost his Midland welterweight title to town rival Sam Eggington last May following a technical knockout in the seventh round.
Dudley’s undefeated light-middleweight prospect Kyle Spencer also features on the bill, when looking to make it seven straight wins.
Gornal’s Lance Brooks is also scheduled to appear on the undercard, when looking to stretch his winning sequence to three fights.
However, there is disappointment for Cradley’s Chris Male who has been forced to pull out of his proposed British super featherweight title eliminator with Coventry’s Troy James after sustaining a freak injury while sparring with Pearce.
Tickets for the event, which cost £55 and include a three course meal, are available by contacting 07581 131745.
