STUART Hillman hit a hat-trick as Coseley Tavern came back to beat Hope Tavern in the semi-final of the Dudley and Cradley League's John Higham Trophy.

Declan Calder opened the scoring for Hope Tavern on five minutes before Danny Smith put them two ahead ten minutes later.

On 20 minutes, Tom Piggott pulled a goal back for Coseley before Smith again extended Hope's lead.

Hillman made the score 3-2 on 35 minutes before levelling before the break when reacting quickest after Hope keeper Mark Garvey saved from the spot.

Hillman then hit the winner when completing his treble on 55 minutes.

In the Premier Division, Britannia and King William drew 1-1.

Bunch claimed a 3-0 home win against Hasbury Rangers thanks to Chris Clift hitting a hat-trick.

Meanwhile, Sedgley White Lion beat Saracens Head 9-2 at home.

In a tight first half it was Sedgley who went into the break with the lead following goals from Chris Campbell, Michael Croghan and Jack Kelly. Rob Smart scored for Saracens Head to take the score to 3-1

Saracens Head then pulled back an early goal at the start of the second half to put the pressure on Sedgley when Darren Finch converted a spot kick.

This then saw Sedgley step up and cruise away from Saracens Head with Chris Campbell scoring a second half hat-trick.

Michael Croghan scored twice to complete his hat-trick in the match and the scoring was rounded off when Michael Freeman kept his head with a cool finish.

In Division One, Forest Falcons lost 8-0 at home to Halesowen Members.

Hales ran out comfortable winners with goals from Lewis Jones (3), Lance Mellor (2), Kurt Wright (2) and Phillip Lee.

High Acres K'ford beat Hadcroft Rovers 4-2 away and Dudley Borough United claimed a 5-3 success over Lloyds.

Barley Mow Wanderers beat Old Lark 9-0 thanks to four goals from Simon Nunn and singles from Michael Cornaby, Ben Slater, Adam Brown, Matt Cahalane and Steve Brookes.
