CRADLEY Town boosted their chances of West Midlands Premier survival with a 5-0 home win over Wellington Amateurs last Saturday.
The Hammers bagged their first victory in seven games thanks to Mark Bellingham hitting four of the goals.
Team-mate Lewis Clarke had given Cradley the perfect start when firing the opener in the very first minute of the contest.
Town now sit third from bottom and are one point behind Shifnal Town with three games in hand.
Duane Darby's men were set to face Shawbury United in the league cup last night before travelling to take on the same opponents in the league this Saturday.
