HALESOWEN Town are hoping to tie up a loan deal this week by bringing Shrewsbury Town player Kaiman Anderson back for a second spell at the Grove.

The Yeltz are looking to beef up their attack this term having already recruited West Midlands League hotshot Ethan Delaney from Wolverhampton Sporting Community.

Assistant boss Matt Clarke maintained: "Ethan has already looked extremely impressive in pre-season and with Kaqiman arriving, that can only help. We are actively looking to utilise the loan system this season"

Clarke confirmed Halesowen had managed to keep all the players they wanted from last season's squad.

They've also added a couple of full backs in Kyle Haynes and Callum Williams.

Haynes is no stranger to Yeltz fans, the right back having featured most recently for arch local rivals Stourbridge. He has also turned out for Hednesford Town, Rushall Olympic and Redditch United, bringing vast experience to Halesowen's back line.

The Yeltz have also added left back Callum Williams to their ranks. The Oldbury based player spent last season at Loughborough University but is now back in the area.

Clarke claimed: "They've both done very well in pre-season and added a new dimension to the side."

Halesowen pulled off a 2-1 win at Midland League side AFC Wulfrunians this week at their impressive Castlecroft ground where goals in each half from Romanian 'Maradona' and Danny Bragoli sealed the win, Bragoli hitting the crossbar for good measure.

The Yeltz were due to face a Kidderminster Harriers side tonight (Thursday) and then visit Bromsgrove Sporting the following Tuesday.

They have also arranged a contest with old adversories Gresley on Tuesday, August 6 before commencing their Northern Premier League programme with a trip to Buxton the following Saturday, August 13.

Clarke said: "We did consider trying to arrange a game for Saturday, but the players have already played a great deal of games in a very short period and we've worked them extremely hard, so we'll train instead."
