CRADLEY Town are again searching for a new boss after Ashley Vincent left the role without taking charge of a single game.
Vincent had agreed to become the Hammers boss for the 2017/18 campaign but has now taken the assistant manager's job at Worcester City alongside John Snape.
Chairman Trevor Thomas said: "We understand that he wanted to take on the challenge at Worcester and we didn't want to stand in his way.
"It was always going to be a stepping stone for him.
"He gave us notice a few weeks ago so hopefully we'll be in a position to name the new manager within the next week.
"We just have some final discussions to complete."
