THERE were a host of hat-trick heroes in this week’s Dudley and Cradley League.
Alex Hill and Matt Morris both netted three times as Britannia beat Willenhall Three Crowns 6-1 in the Premier Division.
Jon Hickman hit a treble as Sedgley White Lion secured a 5-2 success at Malt Dudley. Alex Perry plundered four goals as Pensnett United demolished Dudley Borough United 10-0.
Aaron Lloyd added a hat-trick, while Terry Huxley, Shaun Saunders and Andy Parsons netted the others.
Reigning champions Bush Athletic beat King William 4-2 after building a 3-0 half-time lead courtesy of goals from Jason Chilton, Dave Brown and Lee Chilton.
King William made a fight of it in the second half, pulling goals back through Kevin Hall and Danny Bellis, but a Chilton penalty proved decisive.
Adam Brophy netted in the 87th minute to make sure Dudley Olympic bagged the points by beating Barley Mow Wanderers in a 5-3 thriller.
Alex Smith smacked home a hat-trick for Forest Falcons, but Jason Kitts did likewise for Lloyds in their 3-3 draw.
Steve Jevons also struck three times for Kewford Eagles, but it proved to no avail as they crashed 6-3 to Coseley Tavern.
