STEVEN Weaver hit four goals as Sedgley White Lions beat Willenhall Three Crowns in the John Higham Memorial Trophy.

Sedgley won 8-0 away after other goals fromArron Gordon, Dave Jones, Jon Hickman and Liam Simmer in the group one contest.

In group two, Hadcroft Rovers beat visitors King William 2-1.

In a game that was hard fought and very even, it was Hadcroft who took the lead on 10 minutes with a goal from Matthew Chamberlain.

The second half was as close as the first, and with 20 minutes to go King William equalised with a fine strike from Brendan Griffiths. Hadcroft won the match when Damon Lewis scored with 10 minutes to go.

Kewford Eagles Seniors beat Forest Falcons 10-5.

In the Dudley Guest Hospital Cup Semi Final, Britannia needed extra time to get a 2-1 away win over Bush Athletic.

Dave brown opened the scoring for Bush before Britannia drew level with a goal from Robbie Hipkiss.

Matt Morris scored for Britannia in the first half of extra time and sent them through to the final to play Pensnett United.

Meanwhile, in the Ray Turley Memorial Competition, Pensnett United beat Dudley Borough United 3-0 away in group two.

Dudley dominated the opening exchanges but were unable to take their chances, and soon fell behind to a close range finish from Shaun Saunders. Pensnett took a 2-0 lead to half time through an Andrew Parsons penalty.

Pensnett began to dominate possession in the second half and Shaun Saunders got his second with a scrambled finish. Dudley created chances of their own but ultimately failed to get back into the contest.

In Division One, Lloyds beat Halesowen Members 3-1.

Barley Mow Wanderers beat Coseley Tavern 4-2. In a good game that saw both teams battle hard, it was Barley Mow who took the lead with a goal from Ben Slater when he collected a ball from John Benham on the counter attack and lifted it over the keeper. Coseley equalised with a dramatic 25 yard screamer from Stuart Hillman, but Coseley took the lead on the stroke of half time when Stuart Hillman met a corner and his overhead kick flew into the net.

In the second period, Barley Mow made it 2-2 when John Benham stole the ball on the half way line and a cool finish saw him slide the ball under the advancing keeper.

Coseley took the lead after a scrambled corner was pushed over the line by Darrel Smith and then sealed the game through Tom Scriven.
