CAUSEWAY United boss Andy Mole has spoken to his players about raising their game for the final fixtures.
He feels his side has been going through the motions in recent weeks because of having nothing to play for.
They lost 2-0 away to Continental Star on Saturday after previously losing 1-0 away to Dunkirk the Tuesday before.
Mole said: "I feel like the players have just been going through the motions recently. My main aim now is to lift the group so that we can enjoy the last few games of the season.
"It is difficult when there is nothing to play for but we have been lacklustre and not showed our usual determination.
"I have sat down with the players and we have spoken about how everything needs to be lifted so we can finish on a high note."
However, Causeway's task won't be made easy by a difficult last three games. They welcome Highgate United on Saturday before travelling to take on Boldmere St Michaels on Monday. They will then bring their season to a close with a home game against Quorn.
Mole has also had to hand first team chances to a number of squad players as the season draws to an end due to injuries and suspensions to eight of his players.
