Tennis day
Serves, smashes and slices will be on show this Saturday when Halesowen Tennis Club hosts its annual start-of-season Open Day.
The exciting event is aimed attracting new players to the sport with those of all ages and abilities welcome.
The club is part of the Halesowen A&CC set-up, based at Manor Way, and the day of activities, training and demonstrations begins at 12.30pm.
Activities will include a radar gun to measure speed of serve and a ball machine. Representatives from County Sports and Prince will be displaying tennis supplies. The club coach will be on hand and refreshments will be available.
