GUEST rider James Jevons romped to victory in the final round of Stourbridge Cycling Club’s 10 mile time trial season.
Jevons took advantage of perfect conditions to clock 23 minutes 21 seconds and crown a wonderful series of rides with his fifth straight win to take the overall crown in splendid style.
Fastest Stourbridge rider was junior Anthony Neave who was timed at 25.54 to make him the leading Stourbridge rider in the overall championship.
Neave was closely followed in the Stourbridge championship by Kevin Brain and Mark Perry.

Hannah Payton also took part in the final event, riding for her club team Kinesis and clocked 27-01.
Payton’s next appearence in national colours will be at a cyclo-cross event in China.
