DUDLEY Sports boss Tony Gore has called for his side to cut out the errors after last Saturday's loss at Bilston Town.

Sports found themselves three goals down before second half goals from Romano Graham and Richard Nicholson pushed them back into the contest.

However, they couldn't find an equaliser and their manager was left to rue individual defensive mistakes once again.

He said: "We really don't do ourselves any favours. You can't defend the way we did and expect to win games.

"It was all about individual errors and we have gifted them a three-goal start.

"It's just very frustrating because I think it was a game that we were good enough to win. We can't keep playing catch up though.

"We have good players but we need to start making better decisions. There are plenty of things to give us hope and that's what we'll be looking to build on, as well as working hard in training to be better at the back."

Sports are set to welcome Black Country Rangers to Hillcrest Avenue this Saturday (3pm kick-off).

Gore did praise the recent form of young striker Graham after the former Walsall Wood under-21 player found the back of the net at Bilston.

He added: "He is nearing double figures already and always seems to be in the right place at the right time.

"He's only a young lad but is doing really well for us and has potential to get even better.

"His goals also mean that if we can improve defensively then we can be rewarded for that."
