HALESOWEN'S Helen Scott secured a second gold of the Commonwealth Games.
Pilot Scott MBE, a member of Halesowen Athletics and Cycling Club, teamed up once more with Sophie Thornhill to win the women's blind and visually impaired 1,000m time trial at the Gold Coast.
Thornhill and Scott smashed another world record time as they completed in 1.04.623.
The victory adds to the gold the duo already won in the sprint final on the opening day of the games.
