WORCESTERSHIRE boast the top run-scorer and second highest wicket-taker in Specsavers County Championship Division Two ahead of the home game with Glamorgan which starts on Friday (11am).
Opener Daryl Mitchell's superb form has elevated him onto 565 Championship runs at an average of 70.62.
He has moved ahead of Billy Godleman (502), Riki Wessels (476), Ned Eckersley (475), Paul Collingwood (465) and Colin Ingram (457).
On the bowling front skipper Joe Leach has taken 29 wickets in the opening five Championship games.
Only Kent all-rounder Darren Stevens is ahead of him with 30 victims.
