FORMER Worcestershire and Lancashire cricketer Alan Ormrod hit his first golf hole-in-one in Worcester at the age of 75.
Ormrod achieved the ace on the 17th hole at Worcester Golf and Country Club during a mixed friendly match against The Worcestershire from Malvern Wells.
The former opening batsman for the County was playing with ladies' captain Stella Wood against John and Geraldine Williams.
They halved their match but overall Worcester Golf and Country Club lost 9-3.
